Dark or black chocolate

Doesn't contain milk solids. It contains 30% to 80% cocoa each bar.

Milk chocolate

Sweeter version of dark chocolate. It contains some condensed milk or dry milk solids.

White chocolate

There's no solid cocoa contained in white's chocolate bar. It contains vanilla or flavors other than chocolate taste.
